Born in 1990 in Greece, Yiannis is a graduate of the Hellenic Tourism Organization’s Culinary Arts program in Macedonia. He holds specialized degrees in Charcuterie and New Gastronomy Techniques, continuously refining his craft through advanced seminars in Molecular Gastronomy, Fusion Cuisine (Asian-Japanese-Greek), and High-End Santorinian Cuisine.

With over a decade of experience, Yiannis has worked in prestigious 5-star hotels such as Rhodes Palace and Les Lazaristes, mastering the art of fine dining. His exceptional skills have earned him notable accolades, including:
